Phil has extensive experience helping businesses with corporate planning, assisting individuals and families with estate and trust planning, working with religious organizations and their operations, and assisting individuals and entities with their ownership and handling of real estate and other types of property.

In 2012, he was honored by the Brown County Bar Association with the Lifetime Achievement Award. In addition, he has received the Wisconsin Super Lawyer designation. He served on the St. Norbert College President Advisory Council Board and the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College Education Foundation Board. Phil represented the Catholic Diocese of Green Bay, Inc., Catholic Mutual Group, Nicolet Real Estate & Investment Corp., Proko Wall Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Morley-Murphy Co., Destree Enterprises, Inc., Kaway, LLP Total Energy Systems, LLC McCormick Memorial Home For The Aged, Inc., and many other prominent businesses from throughout Wisconsin. He retired in 2017.
