Randy Petrouske is an experienced trial attorney who focuses on criminal defense. He has achieved positive results for his clients throughout Wisconsin at all levels: successful trial results, pre-trial dismissals and plea agreements, appeals, and even preventing charges from being filed. In addition to his criminal defense work, Randy also commits much of his time to representing children as a Guardian ad Litem.

After representing clients throughout northeastern Wisconsin for several years, Randy joined the Everson Law Firm in 2013. He has represented clients in Brown, Calumet, Door, Kewaunee, Langlade, Manitowoc, Marathon, Marinette, Oconto, Outagamie, Shawano, Waupaca, and Winnebago Counties. As a law student, he was a law clerk to the Honorable Gregory Frost, Federal Judge in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He has served as a scoring judge and presiding judge for Wisconsin High School Mock Trial Tournaments and enjoys the opportunity it affords him to encourage and mentor aspiring litigators.

What I appreciated the most about Randy was his level of communication and commitment. Randy was quick to get back to me with tough legal questions and never left me feeling like we were going into court unprepared. I know I wasn't Randy’s only client, but I sure felt like it. Randy’s customer service interface was awesome. He always addressed all my concerns and also went a step further by researching and vetting all evidence to ensure that we had the best case possible. In the courtroom, he was prepared and had all avenues prepared. His professionalism and poise in the courtroom was stellar.
During this time of uncertainty and stress, Randy was definitely able to help ease my mind by being on top of everything. I was able to sleep at night.
At the end of the Trial, we won. His efforts helped save my career.

This experience was extremely humbling and I hope to never need his services again, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to call or recommend Randy to anyone else. Thank you for being a true professional.
