Russell E. Cunningham is an experienced trial attorney who specializes in criminal defense. He has extensive experience in criminal defense, juvenile criminal defense, and mental health cases. Prior to joining the Everson Law Firm Russell was a trial attorney with the Wisconsin State Public Defender’s Oshkosh Office.
Russell graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School in Madison. He graduated with a Concentration in Criminal Law and received numerous accolades during his time at UW. While in law school Russell participated in the Mock Trial program and coached the Law School’s Black Law Students Association Mock Trial program.
Prior to his legal practice, Russell was a touring sound engineer working for international music acts.
