Nicole Morley is a graduate of the Peck School of the Arts and the University of Wisconsin Law School. While in law school she was a guest lecturer and teaching assistant in The Sociology of Race and Ethnicity and other Criminal Justice classes. She also worked in the Legal Assistance to Incarcerated People Project where she wrote post-conviction briefs and motions.

 

Nicole began her career with the Public Defender's office where she gained extensive trial and litigation experience. She has represented individuals facing charges ranging from disorderly conduct to homicide. She also has extensive expertise and experience in civil mental health commitments and guardianships. Nicole is passionate about telling each client’s story and using her theater degree to do so. She has presented a CLE on "Client Centered Advocacy and the Power of Storytelling."
